Design and Build Solutions

Our in-house architectural designers will work with you to formalise your design ideas into any style and character of home you desire. We're totally flexible and will always incorporate your choice of design and materials.

Whichever way you want to work, we will offer expert advice to provide the best possible solutions without creating a big hole in your budget.

Fixed Price Contract

Once you've approved the concept plans we will calculate a fixed contract price. Your price remains fixed even if the cost of materials and labour increases during the course of construction - there are no unexpected additional costs when you build a Harmony Home.

Quality Control and Communication

You will continue to be involved and fully informed throughout the building phase, by your individually assigned project manager. Careful quality control of every aspect of the building process is undertaken whilst still allowing you the flexibility to make changes to your home during construction
